With an established talent acquisition team in the US unfamiliar with senior management hires on a global scale, Baanx appointed Syncopate as their UK-based global talent partner to attract and secure senior talent. The key hires required included Software Engineers capable of solving complex tech problems for their innovative products and services.

 

Our Approach

Syncopate deployed an embedded Talent Partner and an Account Director to support Baanx in their hiring objectives.

From the initial discovery sessions, it was clear that the team wanted to keep the bar high with talent from high-growth tech businesses, so we developed sourcing strategies to meet and surpass these expectations.

One of the critical requirements was to attract and engage with senior sales professionals who had experience in both buy and sell side within an FX environment; we worked closely with their existing sales leaders to gain a deeper understanding of this discipline. Our Talent Partner successfully approached and attracted passive candidates who were not actively looking for opportunities.

  • Implement the Senior Sales function within the business

  • Create product and brand awareness in the highly competitive B2B software market

  • Successfully delivered two Director of Institutional sales in US and UK, a Senior Business Development Manager Institutional Sale UK and a Business Development Manager US.
  • Provided the insight and a market map to support the continuous hiring of a diverse Sales team who will be reporting to the hires
  • Created a strategy for future growth for their offices in Hong Kong, London and New York
