TRADE X is the company that disrupts the entire B2B trade industry on a global level. They are the providers of the premiere and first-of-its-kind trading platform that allows businesses to trade on a worldwide stage quickly, effectively and safely, with the difficult components to global trading seamlessly automated.

Due to high planned growth throughout 2021, TradeX partnered with Syncopate to help facilitate this increase in hiring across all areas of the business including Tech, Design and Product in Emerging Markets

Our goals

To provide recruitment delivery expertise to their established talent acquisition function.
Work alongside multiple senior stakeholders to support the growth of their teams.
Help improve interviewing processes and shorten overall time to hire.
Hire across permanent and contract vacancies in Brazil and Dubai

Our Approach

  • Embedding Two of our Syncopate Talent Partners seamlessly within TradeX’s talent function to immediately support the delivery of the key senior vacancies. A proactive focus on understanding the company culture at TradeX was required to continue to protect their brand as they entered a period of high growth.
  • A specific focus on historically difficult hires especially across senior functions and Business Developmeny as well as filling vacancies in Canada.
  • The team built relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines to understand their requirements, they also took the time to understand the problems that needed solving to competently hire in increasingly competitive Emerging Markets.
  • To utilise our teams’ many years of recruitment experience and vast network of contacts to make speedy hires across in their Senior Management and Busines Development teams

Our goals were to:

  • Successfully deliver multiple senior hires in Emerging Markets
  • Reduce the reliance on the freelance resource being used within the business
  • Optimise and manage the end-to-end hiring processes to give time back to internal stakeholders
